We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role involves identifying new opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue targets.
Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in AWS Services, Data Services, and GenAI.
Collaborate and deal with customers to understand requirements in order to create proposals and close deals.
Understand customer expectations and manage their expectations throughout the engagement.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, AWS, and internal stakeholders within TechX.
Build strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor.
Foster teamwork and collaboration within the Customer Success team and across other teams in TechX.
Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve TechX's services and products.
Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive customer success.
Work with the Product team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.
Strive to make customers happy and successful, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with AWS and other partners to build customized solutions for customers.
Act as a trusted advisor for partners and customers, providing guidance and recommendations.
Maximize support and funding from AWS by developing strong relationships and showcasing customer success stories.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field, ideally within a Tech, Cloud, or SaaS environment.
Experience working with BFSI customer segments is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Good command of English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with partners to achieve business goals.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of AWS services and the ability to navigate the AWS Partner Portal are considered a plus.
