We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join Jasper’s Customer Success organization. In this role, you’ll manage and grow relationships with some of the world’s leading brands, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes with Jasper’s Marketing AI platform, while driving retention and expansion across your portfolio.

You’ll serve as both the trusted strategic advisor and commercial owner of the relationship, helping customers achieve their desired outcomes while fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

This fully remote position reports to the Director of Account Management and is open to candidates located within the continental US.

What You Will Do at Jasper

Value Realization & Adoption

• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve maximum value and broad adoption of Jasper’s platform
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies while serving as a trusted product expert, helping customers adopt best practices and maximize the value of Jasper's AI solutions across industries and business functions.
• Track verified outcomes among account usage
• Deliver strategic business reviews and executive touch points (QBRs, roadmap discussions) that highlight ROI, adoption, and innovation
• Enable new users

Strategic Growth & Commercial Ownership

• Own and manage a focused portfolio of Jasper’s enterprise customers, accountable for retention, renewal, and expansion revenue
• Develop and execute strategic account plans by engaging key stakeholders across the organization, aligning to business goals, driving adoption, and identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities.
• Lead renewal and expansion cycles end-to-end, from discovery through close, collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Legal
• Forecast and manage pipeline for renewals and expansions with consistency and accuracy
• Ensure on-time renewals through proactive engagement, early risk identification, and strong commercial discipline
• Maintain high account coverage activity through regular engagement with key stakeholders and executive sponsors

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advocacy

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to share customer feedback, resolve escalations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Advocate for your customers internally and influence Jasper’s product roadmap by representing the voice of the customer

What You Will Bring to Jasper

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, including 2+ years managing enterprise accounts
• Proven success driving renewal, retention, and expansion revenue within large, complex organizations
• Strong discovery and demo capabilities; able to tailor value narratives to executive audiences
• Experience selling services or value-based solutions a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in both strategic and operational discussions
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms and enterprise systems (APIs, integrations, security, etc.)
• Strong business acumen and the ability to link customer goals to Jasper’s Marketing AI impact
• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for helping global brands innovate with Jasper’s platform

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $250,000 OTE.
