Job overview: Schneider is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager in Green Bay to provide a best-in-class experience for the company’s top enterprise customers by providing tactical leadership in the areas of sales, customer service, pricing, new business start-ups and solicitation. The Enterprise Account Manager will closely collaborate with external customers and internal teams. Responsibilities: Provide leadership to a group of sales team leaders. Develop a deep knowledge of customers to identify areas of opportunity and create innovative solutions. Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders about strategy and external stakeholders about continuous improvement opportunities. Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews. Drive initiatives to ensure the achievement of business metrics. Act as the key escalation point of contact for customer and internal business needs. Identify sales training opportunities and develop plans for improvement.
Skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred. Experience in transportation or logistics preferred.
