Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing enterprise relationships for TeamViewer's Endpoint Management and Enterprise solutions. The role focuses on consultative SaaS selling, strategic account development, and delivering value-driven solutions that help customers improve endpoint management, security, and operational efficiency while consistently achieving sales targets.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning them with DEX-driven TeamViewer solutions.
  • Build credibility and trust with enterprise customers, especially in IT, HR, and Operations functions, to position TeamViewer as a DEX enabler.
  • Educate and consult existing clients on the full suite of TeamViewer products, with emphasis on tools that improve digital employee experiences and frontline productivity.
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships to reduce churn and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities that align with their DEX and digital transformation goals.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and meetings tailored to enterprise DEX use cases.
  • Contribute to accurate sales forecasting through regular pipeline reviews, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, supporting broader annual revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-value opportunities, develop key account plans, and drive sustainable revenue growth within target verticals.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in enterprise, key account, or channel sales environments.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, with exposure to Endpoint Management solutions strongly preferred. Experience with Endpoint Management solutions will be highly regarded.
  • Experience selling software products and licensing solutions to enterprise-level organisations.
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience presenting and communicating solutions to key stakeholders, with the ability to understand customer needs and articulate value propositions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese, including the ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Interest in technology and innovation, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
