If you’re in Queensland you’ve probably noticed our new 80,000 square metre Brisbane Airport mega hub for parcels, you may have noticed the new Sunshine Coast hub in Caloundra being built and you may have noticed that yourself and your fellow Queenslanders are spending more inline, in fact you spent 15% more online last year and over $18 billion online in eCommerce. Growing faster than NSW & Victoria.
This is one of the reasons why being an Enterprise Account Manager in our Queensland enterprise team is such a great job. You will be behind every parcel, growing our business and making a lasting impact on Australian eCommerce.
About the opportunity
We are powering the future of eCommerce, and this role sits right at the heart of it. Australians spent $21.9 billion online in a single quarter, marketplaces are growing 17% year on year, and demand for faster, smarter delivery keeps climbing. As Account Manager, Enterprise & Government, you'll be the single point of accountability for a portfolio of 9 major enterprise and government customers.
Success looks like retained revenue, sustainable growth, strong senior relationships and a long term strategic plan that makes you integral to how these customers grow.
You'll report to a Sales Manager and work shoulder to shoulder with Product, Operations, Solutions, Commercial, Pricing and Legal teams to design bespoke solutions your customers cannot get anywhere else.
You'll also
Own end to end account plans for your 9 customers, protecting existing revenue and unlocking new growth using Australia Post eCommerce Report insights to shape the conversation.
Design bespoke, multi product solutions that excite clients across B2B and B2C solutions, drawing on innovations like our expanding Parcel Locker network and Rendr, our same day and on demand delivery platform now reaching almost 90% of the population.
Build senior executive relationships and lead renewals, price reviews and complex commercial negotiations across long sales cycles.
Bring the right specialists into the room to solve customer problems early, spotting issues before they escalate and turning plans into delivery.
About you
You're commercially sharp, curious and energised by complex, high value relationships. You listen more than you tell, you build trust with senior decision makers, and you turn insight into strategy and strategy into growth. You're resilient when challenged, action oriented when things get hard, and genuinely motivated by helping Australian businesses win. You'll thrive on the scale of the opportunity here and the chance to shape delivery for some of the country's largest organisations at a pivotal moment for eCommerce.
You'll also
Bring a strong track record in enterprise or government account management, growing and retaining large, complex B2B portfolios and exceeding sales targets.
Be confident selling complex, multi product solutions end to end, from qualifying opportunities and writing proposals to closing commercial outcomes.
Bring strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, balancing revenue, margin, service performance and customer experience, backed by data.
