About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Enterprise Account Manager to support the success of enterprise rollouts within the veterinary industry. This role will work closely with the Enterprise Accounts, Lead to ensure smooth implementation, customer adoption, and long-term account success.

As a key member of the enterprise team, you will help coordinate rollout activities, support client communication, and track milestones. Your ability to manage details, follow through on timelines, and build rapport with Enterprise clients will play a crucial role in delivering a positive customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone with account management or project coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to support complex customer initiatives while continuing to grow their enterprise skillset.

What you'll do

  • Support enterprise rollouts by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and assisting with client communications.
  • Drive customer engagement activities such as check-in emails, scheduling QBRs, and preparing usage summaries.
  • Assist Enterprise Accounts, Lead in maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients by supporting follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day tasks.
  • Help prepare materials and insights for strategic account planning sessions and customer check-ins.
  • Support implementation efforts by helping track milestones, gather customer information, and ensure internal alignment.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining implementation timelines and checklists to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Help facilitate customer onboarding by scheduling training sessions, sending welcome materials, and ensuring completion of early adoption tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding and adoption tracking to help enterprise clients get the most from the platform.
  • Identify opportunities to increase adoption within your accounts, using a mix of strategy, creativity, and practical insight.
  • Manage and organize account activity within HubSpot to ensure seamless support for Enterprise clients.
  • Monitor implementation tasks and flag any risks or blockers to the appropriate team members.
  • Serve as a helpful point of contact for enterprise customers, escalating questions and issues to the appropriate team members.
  • As part of a growing team, responsibilities may occasionally extend beyond those listed above to support CoVet’s broader goals. This role may also involve attending in-person meetings, trainings, or industry events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Account executive/management experience, preferably in the veterinary industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record or hitting KPIs and monthly targets.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage complex deployments.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide clients through implementation and adoption.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, with French and/or German considered a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and project management platforms.
