Enterprise Account Manager — Investment Banking

Own and grow a high-value portfolio of investment banking and advisory clients as their trusted advisor. In this role, you will influence how some of the world's most sophisticated financial firms apply Intapp's governed AI platform to their most critical workflows — from deal management to compliance. This is a senior role for someone who understands the investment banking landscape, builds lasting executive relationships, and drives measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Own a dedicated portfolio of investment banking accounts, driving retention, expansion, and net-new adoption of Intapp solutions
  • Build and deepen relationships with C-suite and senior leaders at client firms, serving as a strategic advisor on their most pressing business challenges
  • Develop and execute account plans that translate client priorities into revenue growth and measurable outcomes
  • Lead executive business reviews that align clients on value delivered and define the roadmap forward
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve friction before it becomes churn

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years in enterprise account management at a SaaS or technology company, with a consistent record of growing and retaining executive-level relationships
  • Deep knowledge of investment banking and advisory markets, including the workflows, compliance requirements, and pressures that define the industry
  • Proven track record closing expansion deals and driving renewals at the senior executive level
  • Clear, confident communicator who can navigate complex organizations, build consensus, and follow through with precision
  • Willingness to travel and present to clients at the executive level as needed
