The Role

The Expert Professional – Integrated Solutions Sales is a highly experienced individual contributor recognized as a subject-matter expert in solution selling. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling complex integrated solutions that combine hardware, software, and services. Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic clients, the professional manages key accounts, develops tailored solutions, and leads the end-to-end sales process. The role also contributes to the development of operational plans, new offerings, and improved sales processes, while influencing internal leadership and client stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through the sale of integrated technology solutions
  • Manage and grow relationships with new and existing regional, national, and strategic accounts
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Identify client needs and recommend customized integrated solutions including networking, systems integration, and IT infrastructure support
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Coordinate and prepare high-quality bid documents, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Establish and execute operational sales plans aligned with organizational strategy
  • Develop and implement new processes, standards, and go-to-market approaches to improve sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design competitive and innovative solutions
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market trends and client feedback
  • Influence client decision-makers and internal stakeholders to adopt proposed solutions and strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology sales, with a strong focus on integrated solutions (hardware, software, and services)

  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing large, strategic deals

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus

  • Deep technical knowledge of networking, systems integration, IT infrastructure, and related services

  • Strong expertise in consultative and solution-based selling methodologies

  • Experience in bid management, proposal development, and contract negotiation

  • Solid financial acumen, including pricing, forecasting, and margin management

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders

  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset

  • High level of autonomy, accountability, and ability to operate in complex environments

Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building and advisory skills
