As an Enterprise Account Manager at Harver, you will be the dedicated strategic partner for our top global customers. These organizationsrepresentour most significant partnerships and rely on Harver’s talent assessment technology to transform their hiring ecosystems.Often, these customersseekto align Harver’s value with their key hiring initiatives in any given year.

Weareseeking a relationship expertwho has demonstrableand relevant industryexperience(HR / Talent Acquisition Services + Tech)in developing deep connections at the C-Level, and the ability to generate relatability and sphere of influence.

The successful candidate will be an industry expert and thought leader who has current and relatable knowledge of the employment market and trends that affect their business each day. The ability to understand and influence strategy and executioninmulti-threadedenvironmentis,anddeep product adoption across multipleorganizations.

Throughthose relationships, the successful candidate willbe responsible foridentifyingand closingexpansion opportunities,generatingongoing valuerealizationand fosteringworld-class retention rates.

In this role you get to:

  • Strategic Account Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive account success plans for the top 25 customers, aligning Harver’s roadmap with their long-term business goals.
  • Expansion & Revenue Growth:Identifywhite-space opportunities within yourbook ofbusiness to drive expansion revenue through upsells, cross-sells, andaccretive usage and adoption of the platform.History of meeting and exceeding quotas in growth driven roles.
  • Retention Management:Proactivelymonitorcustomer health metricsand realize value in their Harverinvestment.Partner with a dedicatedrenewalspecialist to ensure a smoothrenewalprocessand mitigate churn risk through early intervention and "save" playbooks.Mustshowcaseproven experienceofretainingcustomers at and above industry standards.
  • Executive Presence& Influence:The successful candidate will have a referenceable network of executive level contacts in the HR and Talent Acquisition discipline.Conduct Regular Business Reviews (RBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with CHROs and TA Leaders todemonstrateROI.
  • High-Stakes Risk Mitigation:Proactivelyidentifyaccounts with declining engagement or shifting leadership sphere of influence. Lead "turnaround" strategies for long-term partners considering a reduction inplatform and productusage.Demonstratepreviousexamples of “save or turn” around accounts andresults.
  • Leadership& Team Influence:While managing a portfolio, serve as a mentor and escalation point for the broader team ofCustomer SuccessManagers, modeling "Gold Standard" accountand deal management.

We’re looking for people who have:

  • Experience:5+years in Enterprise Account Management or Customer Success, specifically within the HR Techand /or SaaS.
  • Flexibility to work hybrid, Tuesday - Thursday on-site in our office in West Midtown, Atlanta
  • Ecosystem Proficiency:Deep technical and strategic experience navigating industry-standardATS / HRISplatformssuch as Workday, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Greenhouseis highly desired.
  • Domain ExpertiseFamiliarity withthe competitive landscape and ecosystem, specifically, hiring platforms and point solutions.Previousexperience workingfor orwith assessment, video interviewing, and reference checkingplatforms a plus.
  • CommunicationExceptional verbal and written communication skills;ability to lead and influence account and deal level execution across multiple supporting functionalteams;high levelofproficiencyin communicating in aSlack-firstenvironment is highly desired.
