What You Will Do
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on high-value enterprise accounts.
- Independently source and manage a significant portion of your pipeline (70–80%+).
- Navigate complex sales cycles of 6–12 months, engaging multiple stakeholders across organizations.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage your pipeline and forecast sales accurately.
- Engage with technical buyers, including CTOs and engineering teams, to articulate the value of AI-driven solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing $100K–$250K+ ACV deals consistently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–8 years of experience as an enterprise account executive with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals independently in a technical environment.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
- Experience selling SaaS products, ideally in the AI or customer experience space.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
Preferred
- Experience in greenfield territory sales, with a strong hunter mentality.
- Technical fluency to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- A background in selling API-driven products or similar technical solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
