About Us
Sage is on a mission to improve care and quality of life for older adults, starting with those residing in senior living communities. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death among adults over 65, yet current prevention and emergency response systems are outdated and ineffective. Sage has built a modern approach to detecting when older adults need help and ensuring caregivers can respond quickly and reliably. Our mission is to create products that our partners love—and this role is core to that goal.
We're a small, tight-knit team of ambitious, multi-disciplinary entrepreneurs. As a software-enabled, mission-driven company, we focus relentlessly on the problems that matter most. We work hard and move fast, but we also operate with a marathon mindset: building something meaningful requires pace, intention, and care. The journey matters as much as the outcome.
About This Role
We're looking for an experienced enterprise sales leader to scale our newest vertical: Skilled Nursing. In close partnership with the General Manager, you'll own new business development across one of Sage's highest-growth markets and work closely with functional teams to bring a differentiated AI-powered platform to skilled nursing operators focused on improving resident outcomes, workforce efficiency, and operational performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex enterprise sales, enjoys building executive relationships, and wants to help establish Sage as the market leader in next-generation healthcare operations technology.
**Location:** This is a remote role based in the United States with up to 50% travel to customer sites, industry events, and Sage's New York City headquarters. While we welcome candidates nationwide, strong preference will be given to those based in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.
