Job Description

About Radancy

Radancy is a global leader in talent acquisition technology, helping enterprise organizations attract, engage, and hire the talent they need through an AI-powered SaaS platform, data-driven insights, and connected candidate experiences. Radancy's Talent Acquisition Cloud enables companies to optimize the full candidate lifecycle, strengthen employer brand, improve hiring outcomes, and drive measurable recruitment ROI at scale.

About the Role

Radancy is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive focused on net-new logo acquisition within large, complex enterprise organizations.

This role is responsible for generating, developing, and closing new enterprise opportunities for Radancy's AI-powered Talent Acquisition Cloud and related solutions. The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise seller with a strong track record of creating and converting net-new opportunities, who can build pipeline from scratch, create strategic account plans, engage senior decision-makers, and independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles.

Success in this role requires strong outbound discipline, executive presence, consultative selling, and the ability to position Radancy as a strategic AI and talent acquisition partner, not simply a software vendor. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who consistently delivers results without heavy reliance on SDR support or managerial oversight.

What You Will Do

New Logo Acquisition and Pipeline Creation

  • Identify, target, and win net-new enterprise customers aligned to Radancy's ideal customer profile.
  • Build and maintain a robust, self-generated pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, strategic networking, referrals, territory development, and market engagement.
  • Develop strategic account plans, research target organizations, and tailor outreach based on each prospect's hiring challenges, business priorities, technology environment, and talent acquisition maturity.
  • Target enterprise accounts with complex hiring needs, including organizations with large employee populations, high annual hiring volume, and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual and quarterly new business ARR, and pipeline generation targets.

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through discovery, solution alignment, business case development, negotiation, contracting, and close.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIT, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
  • Conduct consultative opportunity discovery to understand business objectives, hiring pain points, workforce priorities, current technology landscape, buying process, stakeholders and measurable success criteria.
  • Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to improve qualification, deal strategy, forecast accuracy, and close execution.
  • Build compelling business cases tied to outcomes such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, employer brand impact, recruiter productivity, hiring velocity, and ROI.

Executive and Value-Based Selling

  • Engage senior decision-makers, including CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HRIT leaders, CFOs, CIOs, Procurement leaders, and other executive stakeholders.
  • Translate Radancy's AI-powered SaaS capabilities into business outcomes that matter to enterprise buyers.
  • Lead value-based conversations that connect talent acquisition transformation to broader business priorities, including growth, operational efficiency, workforce planning, cost optimization, and competitive talent advantage.
  • Build consensus across large buying committees and maintain deal momentum through long, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Position Radancy as a strategic partner in helping enterprise organizations modernize and scale their talent acquisition function.

Territory and Account Strategy

  • Prioritize accounts based on market opportunity, revenue potential, strategic fit, hiring complexity, and likelihood to convert.
  • Map stakeholder ecosystems within target accounts, including economic buyers, champions, technical evaluators, procurement influencers, legal approvers, and executive sponsors.
  • Understand each account's organizational structure, decision process, competing priorities, incumbent solutions, and competitive landscape.
  • Build targeted engagement strategies that create urgency, uncover business pain, and advance opportunities through the funnel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Legal, Finance, and Executive Leadership throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver tailored presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, executive briefings, and commercial solutions.
  • Share market intelligence, customer feedback, competitive insights, and buyer trends to support product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from closed-won opportunity to implementation and customer success teams.

Pipeline, Forecasting and Sales Discipline

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete opportunity, activity, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate strong pipeline hygiene, territory planning, account mapping, and opportunity management.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and other sales technologies to improve prospecting, engagement, deal inspection, and conversion.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, deal risks, competitive dynamics, and path-to-close.
  • Proactively identify gaps in pipeline coverage and take ownership of corrective action.

Industry and Market Expertise

  • Develop deep expertise in the talent acquisition, HR technology, recruitment marketing, HCM, AI, and SaaS landscape.
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, competitive offerings, buyer expectations, and enterprise hiring challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects by bringing a point of view on talent acquisition transformation, AI adoption, recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and measurable hiring outcomes.
  • Represent Radancy at industry conferences, customer events, webinars, executive meetings, and networking opportunities as needed.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or solution-based sales experience, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition.
  • Proven success selling into enterprise organizations with complex buying groups and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source a significant portion of pipeline through outbound prospecting and territory development.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Experience managing long, multi-threaded sales cycles, ideally 6 months or longer.
  • Strong ability to engage executive stakeholders and tailor messaging for different buyer personas.
  • Experience building business cases tied to measurable outcomes, ROI, operational impact, and strategic value.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, executive presentation, and commercial judgment skills.
  • High degree of accountability, urgency, resilience, and ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong CRM discipline and experience managing pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Talent Acquisition technology, HR technology, HCM, HRIS, Recruiting platforms, Recruitment Marketing solutions, Workforce Management, or related enterprise software.
  • Experience selling AI-enabled SaaS platforms or integrated technology platforms rather than point solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise HR, TA, HRIT, IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement buying dynamics.
  • Experience with ACVs in the $100K to $500K+ range.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, or other structured sales methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience using Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to articulate a point of view on how AI, automation, data, and integrated platforms are reshaping talent acquisition.
