Enterprise Account Executive – HPE/Aruba Solutions

We are a leading provider of technology professional services and hardware solutions, with a specialized focus on HPE and Aruba Networks. We are actively seeking a results-driven, personable, and ambitious Enterprise Sales Account Executive with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience selling HPE/Aruba solutions to join our growing team.

You are the perfect blend of hunter and farmer—able to manage and grow existing accounts while proactively identifying and capturing new business opportunities centered around HPE/Aruba networking, compute, and edge-to-cloud solutions

As an Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will:

  • Deepen your knowledge of HPE and Aruba’s full portfolio of solutions through ongoing learning and certifications

  • Drive sales activities focused on HPE/Aruba products, including networking (wired/wireless), switching, edge infrastructure, and cloud-managed solutions

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with new and existing clients, identifying how HPE/Aruba technologies can solve key business challenges

  • Work closely with the inside sales team and solution architects to qualify opportunities and build compelling value propositions

  • Conduct strategic account planning to align HPE/Aruba solutions with client needs and business goals

  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and technical conversations, highlighting the benefits and ROI of HPE/Aruba offerings

  • Collaborate with vendor and distribution partners to secure deal registrations, optimize pricing, and stay up to date on product updates and promotions

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting, meeting and exceeding sales quotas

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, customer events, and HPE/Aruba-led initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement

  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction by maintaining engagement throughout the solution lifecycle

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You have 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, ideally with a track record in selling HPE/Aruba solutions or equivalent enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies

  • You hold HPE/Aruba sales or technical certifications (or are eager to obtain them)

  • You understand how enterprise customers leverage networking, security, and cloud-integrated infrastructure to drive operational efficiency

  • You are technically inclined and can identify customer pain points, then align them with HPE/Aruba products, services, and outcomes

  • You are a confident communicator and know how to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • You are highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • You’re committed to long-term client success, taking a consultative approach that positions you as a trusted advisor

  • You are experienced with CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and pipeline management best practices

  • You bring a growth mindset, high integrity, and a passion for helping customers transform their operations with modern IT solutions
