AWS Finland & Baltics is hiring an Account manger to lead transformative deals and redefine how Finnish Enterprises innovate with cloud and agentic AI. Bring your passion for building businesses, your operational excellence, and your deep industry insight and help our customers accelerate their digital transformations at scale.

As an Account manager, you will manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in Finland. You will own your customers in strategic accounts, drive revenue growth, and set the vision for how AWS partners with enterprises co-operate in your accounts. You will report to the sales manager and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to deliver on bold growth ambitions. This role is based in Helsinki, Finland with travel required to key customer sites.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted senior relationships with strategic enterprise accounts. Foster partnerships anchored on customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Solutions Architects, Partner Organization, Marketing, Customer Success) to solve customers' most complex business and technical challenges.
- Identify opportunities, de-risk execution, and replicate success through scalable plays and mechanisms.
- Use data and metrics to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
- Represent AWS at industry events and evangelize our innovation across Finland
- Accelerate customer adoption & develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Travel as necessary

About the team
In this role you would join an AWSome, customer-obsessed Enterprise Sales team working in Finland & Baltics. Our team consists of Account managers, solution architects, Customer success managers and Partner manager. We serve leading Finnish and Baltic Enterprises and Public Sector organizations to become the preferred Cloud & AI partner of choice.

Basic Qualifications


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B technology sales, account management, or business development
- Track record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets/quotas
- Enterprise selling: Experience managing sales cycles with enterprise customers
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Business acumen: Ability to develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships
- CRM proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
- Language: Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

- Cloud/technology knowledge: Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), digital transformation, or enterprise IT infrastructure
- Industry expertise: Experience in one or more verticals: manufacturing, digital native business, transportation or gaming
- Consultative selling: Experience with solution-based or consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, SPIN)
- Partner ecosystem: Experience working with system integrators
- AWS certifications: Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate (or equivalent competitor certifications)
- Large deal experience: Track record of closing deals >€500K ARR
- Executive relationship management: Established network or experience building relationships with C-suite
- Data-driven approach: Experience leveraging data analytics for account prioritization and territory planning
