Job Description

Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform™, giving organizations control over their AI talent, processes, and technologies to unleash the creation of analytics, models, and agents. Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing ASEAN team based in Singapore! In this role, you will be the driving force behind Dataiku’s expansion into Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on the Thailand market and a secondary focus on Malaysia

You will engage with large enterprises to help them develop a more efficient, AI-driven approach using our Data Science Studio (DSS) platform. As an Enterprise AE, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing—while leveraging cross-functional resources in Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure customer success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Market Expansion: Drive strategic revenue growth through proactive outreach and territory planning within the Thailand and Malaysia enterprise sectors.
  • Vision Alignment: Develop C-Level vision matches with prospects, cultivating internal champions and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Thoughtful Education: Educate complex organizations on the transformative value of Dataiku and Collaborative AI in a consultative, value-driven way.
  • End-to-End Management: Navigate multiple customers simultaneously through various stages of the Dataiku buying cycle (Discovery to Close).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the "voice of the customer," collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across Product, Legal, and Security teams.
  • Strategic Positioning: Provide tailored recommendations based on specific business needs and regional usage patterns within the ASEAN landscape.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in software field sales, specifically selling into large enterprises within Southeast Asia.
  • Territory Expertise: A proven track record of success in the Thailand and/or Malaysia markets, with an established network of enterprise contacts.
  • Language Skills: Business-level English is required; proficiency in Thai is highly advantageous given the primary market focus.
  • Innovation Mindset: Background in selling "new concept" technologies or innovative software (Big Data, Analytics, AI/ML, or Data Integration).
  • Communication Mastery: Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex competitive positioning clearly.
  • Adaptability: A growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving "scale-up" environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Preferred expertise in Data Science, BI/DW, or Data Integration.
