Sell Agentic AI Into a Market Built for It

We're recruiting an Enterprise Account Executive for a Series A AI company building specialized AI agents for customer operations in regulated financial services.

The platform automates complex customer support and back-office workflows where accuracy, control, and regulatory requirements make generic AI solutions difficult to deploy.

The founding team comes from the space and saw the shortcomings and built the product based on what they saw firsthand and is getting a lot of traction knowing exactly what the space needed because they lived it.

Today, the company has a fast growing customer base and expects revenue to exceed $10M+ this year.

This is an opportunity to become one of the first hires and help establish the company's US enterprise motion.

The Role

This isn't an environment where you'll inherit a finished territory and polished playbook.

You'll help build both.

You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle, create pipeline, run discovery, develop executive relationships, navigate technical and business stakeholders, and shape complex AI solutions around customer problems.

Initial land deals are typically around $150K-$200K, with meaningful expansion opportunities as customers add use cases.

You'll:

  • Own complex enterprise opportunities end to end
  • Generate your own pipeline and develop a large US territory
  • Run thoughtful discovery across business and technical stakeholders
  • Sell strategic business value while developing enough technical depth to engage credibly with CTOs and product leaders
  • Build relationships with C-suite, operations, product, and technology executives
  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations and buying processes
  • Deliver live product demonstrations and tailored presentations
  • Partner closely with technical AI delivery teams throughout the sales process
  • Identify opportunities to expand from an initial use case into additional customer workflows
  • Help define qualification, account strategy, messaging, and sales process
  • Bring customer insights directly back to product and engineering

What We're Looking For

Core profile:

  • Approximately 5-10 years of relevant B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Strong enterprise closing experience
  • Track record selling complex, strategic solutions
  • Comfortable generating pipeline and hunting for new business
  • Experience selling to senior executives and C-suite buyers
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Consultative, value-based approach to selling
  • Technically curious and able to learn sophisticated AI products
  • Comfortable operating autonomously without a mature sales playbook
  • Driven by the opportunity to build a territory and sales motion, not simply inherit one

The strongest candidates will likely have some startup or earlier-stage experience.

Particularly Relevant Backgrounds

The company is flexible on domain.

Potentially strong backgrounds include:

  • AI / automation
  • Customer experience or customer operations technology
  • MarTech
  • Customer Success technology
  • Data / analytics
  • Enterprise workflow software
  • Fintech / financial services technology
  • Technical SaaS with a clear business-value proposition

Fintech experience is helpful, not required

Experience selling AI is also valuable, but the bigger requirement is being technically fluent enough to understand the product and hold a credible conversation with a curious CTO while still building a compelling business case for an executive buyer.

Why Consider It?

Early US ownership: You'll be one of the first sales hire in the US, giving you significant opportunity to establish a territory and influence how the company sells.

Meaningful deal sizes: Initial enterprise deployments typically land around $150K-$200K, with expansion based on additional use cases.

Strong early traction: A fast growing customer base, with revenue expected to exceed $10M this year.

Experienced AI founders: The founders previously worked on AI at a leading neobank before building a product specifically around the challenges they encountered.

A product built for a difficult market: Rather than applying generic AI horizontally, the platform is purpose-built for customer operations inside regulated financial institutions.

Compensation

  • $330K-$350K OTE
  • $165K-$175K base
  • Uncapped commission
  • Meaningful equity

Benefits

  • Medical coverage
  • 25 paid days off
  • Meaningful equity
  • Remote work

If you're looking at the AI market and wondering where you can still join early enough to own a meaningful piece of the outcome, this is one of those opportunities.
