About the Role

GoodData.AI is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to grow our enterprise business in the U.S. If you're passionate about data, analytics, and AI, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a proven track record of building pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals, this is your opportunity to help organizations turn trusted data into actionable insights and intelligent decisions through agentic analytics and AI.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business by selling GoodData.AI's analytics and AI solutions to enterprise customers across the U.S.
• Develop and execute sales strategy and account plans to build a strong pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery through negotiation and deal closure.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer business challenges, identify use cases, and articulate the value of GoodData's solutions.
• Build relationships with VP and C-level decision-makers and lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through closure.
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineering to lead technical evaluations, address customer requirements, and demonstrate the value of GoodData's solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to advance sales opportunities and provide feedback from the market.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts, providing clear visibility into deal progression, risks, and next steps.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals and key performance metrics.

How we work

• Collaborative Spirit: Partner with US-based Solution Engineering, Partnership, and Customer Success teams while serving as the vital technical bridge to European technical sales, engineering and product leaders.
• Hybrid Work: This position is based in San Francisco, CA. Connect in-person with colleagues at our SF office 2-3 days a week, with client and event travel as deal momentum demands.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with our European teams, requiring regular early morning availability starting at 7:00 AM PT, with occasional meetings as early as 6:00 AM PT. Afternoons are generally focused on US customer discovery and strategic meetings.
• Travel: Up to 20% travel within North America for high-impact on-sites, key conferences, and partner events, with occasional trips to Europe. Depending on the progress of the deals, we sometimes visit prospects at later stages of the deal or for in-person discovery sessions.

About You

• 5+ years of direct B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, with demonstrated success selling to enterprise customers.
• Hunter mentality with a proven ability to independently generate qualified pipeline and close new business.
• Experience selling complex technical products or solutions to enterprise customers, with the ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders and communicate value to both technical and business audiences.
• Comfortable selling to and building relationships with VP, SVP, and C-level executives.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate customer challenges into compelling business solutions.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with enterprise customers, identify new business opportunities, and uncover potential for account expansion.
• Transparent and collaborative team player who proactively communicates opportunities, challenges, and blockers to support strategic decision-making.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent relationship-building, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
• Experience selling data, analytics, AI, Professional Services, or related enterprise software solutions is a plus.

On-target earnings (OTE): 200,000 - 340,000 annually, based on a 50/50 base salary and target commission structure, plus equity.

The range represents the anticipated low and high range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on geographic location, job related skills, experience, qualifications and market conditions.
