Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive (ANZ) is responsible for building, managing and closing a high-quality pipeline within a defined territory, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition. This role requires disciplined territory planning, consistent outbound execution, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across enterprise organisations. Success in this role is measured by predictable pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.

  • Own pipeline creation through proactive outbound prospecting, with clear expectations on weekly activity and meeting generation

  • Develop and execute a structured territory plan covering target accounts, whitespace opportunities, and partner alignment

  • Drive new logo acquisition while expanding strategic existing accounts through consultative, value-based selling

  • Engage multi-threaded stakeholders across IT, Security, Operations, and Finance, including CIO, CISO and CFO level

  • Maintain disciplined CRM and forecast hygiene, ensuring all opportunities are accurately qualified using MEDDPICC

  • Build and progress opportunities independently, managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close

  • Conduct regular face-to-face engagements to accelerate deal cycles and strengthen executive relationships

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success to maximise pipeline generation and deal progression

  • Deliver predictable results through consistent execution, pipeline coverage, and deal progression discipline

Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience selling complex enterprise software solutions within the ANZ market

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales quotas (typically $2M+), with demonstrated ability to generate own pipeline

  • Strong history of new business acquisition in a defined territory

  • Experience engaging and selling to C-level stakeholders across enterprise organisations

  • Demonstrated execution of structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)

  • Strong territory planning capability with consistent execution

  • High level of discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene

  • Self-sufficient operator who takes full ownership of territory performance

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to position value at an executive level
