Hiring Enterprise AE's — Help Build the GTM Motion from the Ground Up (Remote)
Our client is scaling fast and looking for a scrappy, high-performing Enterprise Account Executive's to help take them to the next level. If you've been a Founding AE before—or thrived in an early-stage startup selling complex products—you know the drill: fast pace, big swings, and even bigger upside.
You live for outbound. You’re energized by ambiguity, obsessed with refining your craft, and ready to help shape the future of modern sales. If you’ve worked at places like Clay, Clari, Unify, Iterable, etc., you’ll feel right at home.
Hiring several Enterprise AE's—this is a unique opportunity to join early, help define the playbook, and scale something meaningful.
What You’ll Do:
– Drive outbound pipeline and convert qualified leads into high-value opportunities
– Build relationships with execs and stakeholders to accelerate deals
– Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close
– Collaborate with technical teams to light up data-driven use cases
– Help shape feedback loops between users, product, and marketing
– Influence how they go to market, message, and scale
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:
– 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in sub-200 person B2B SaaS startups
– Proven track record of pipeline generation and closing complex deals
– Experience selling dev tools, analytics, or value-based solutions to GTM orgs
– A hands-on approach to learning technical concepts
– Startup grit and a high-speed, high-ownership mindset
Must have startup experience
What to Expect:
Remote $150K base / $300K OTE (50/50 split) + Competitive equity
