What You Will Do

  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Accurately track pipeline activity, forecasts, and account data using HubSpot.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to help shape product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and other external engagements as needed.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • Proven track record of success in an enterprise sales role, with experience closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong command of HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Comfortable operating in a small, nimble team environment where autonomy and initiative are essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience selling into insurance, InsurTech, or adjacent financial services.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales processes and long sales cycles.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $150,000, with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company. This position is based onsite in San Francisco, fostering a collaborative work environment.
