What You Will Do
- Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Accurately track pipeline activity, forecasts, and account data using HubSpot.
- Provide market feedback and competitive insights to help shape product and go-to-market strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and other external engagements as needed.
Ideal Candidate Background
- Proven track record of success in an enterprise sales role, with experience closing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong command of HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Comfortable operating in a small, nimble team environment where autonomy and initiative are essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience selling into insurance, InsurTech, or adjacent financial services.
- Familiarity with consultative sales processes and long sales cycles.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $150,000, with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company. This position is based onsite in San Francisco, fostering a collaborative work environment.
