What You Will Do

  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, managing the entire sales cycle for enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company’s offerings.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the AI or software development sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • A background in technology or software sales, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits
