What You Will Do
- Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing enterprise-level clients in the financial services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of services for new clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance the company’s offerings.
- Present compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools to drive performance.
Preferred
- Familiarity with private credit markets and related financial products.

Compensation and Benefits
