What You Will Do

  • Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing enterprise-level clients in the financial services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of services for new clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance the company’s offerings.
  • Present compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools to drive performance.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with private credit markets and related financial products.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and client needs.

Compensation and Benefits
