They are seeking a driven individual to help them achieve aggressive revenue goals by engaging with some of the largest insurance brokerages in the U.S.
What You Will Do
- Own the entire sales cycle from initial cold outreach to signed contracts for enterprise accounts.
- Travel consistently for on-site meetings, conferences, and dinners to build relationships and close deals face-to-face.
- Conduct consultative, relationship-based sales, navigating a complex and traditional market.
- Collaborate with leadership and product teams to evolve and refine the enterprise sales playbook.
- Manage and expand post-sale relationships to drive ongoing expansion revenue.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of success in closing large accounts and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong ability to conduct in-person sales and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
Preferred
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or related sectors.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and playbooks.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $90K to $150K, with additional performance-based incentives. Our client offers a supportive environment that fosters growth and encourages innovative thinking.
