As a venture-backed SaaS company, they are dedicated to modernizing the chemical industry and are seeking passionate individuals to join their mission.

What You Will Do

  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to post-sale relationship management, focusing on a largely untapped digital market.
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts to achieve approximately 5 qualified meetings per week within your first 6 months.
  • Conduct discovery and demo calls with both executive stakeholders and technical users, facilitating consultative conversations.
  • Collaborate with a technical lead to ensure alignment between business needs and product capabilities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop tailored business cases addressing each prospect's operational challenges and strategic priorities.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building relationships and consensus across organizations.
  • Utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to manage your pipeline, track activities, and execute outbound sequences effectively.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • Proven experience in enterprise or complex B2B SaaS sales with a focus on long sales cycles and high-consideration purchases.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Comfortable leading demo calls and presenting to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals and building consensus across various levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach as essential sales tools.

Preferred

  • Background in selling to or working within early-adopter enterprise environments that require significant education and change management.
  • A compelling personal story of overcoming adversity in your career, showcasing resilience and determination.
