Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive
Location: In-office (Palo Alto, CA)
Reports to: Head of Sales What You Will Own

  • Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level deals within the Dental Support Organization (DSO) sector.

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for each client.

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas by closing high-value enterprise contracts.

  • Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction.

  • Provide feedback to the product team to help refine and develop features based on client needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM tools.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology sales.

  • Proven success in exceeding quotas and closing large, complex deals.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level executives.

  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
