Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated ENT Specialist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions involving the ear, nose, and throat. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluate ENT-related conditions.
- Diagnose and manage a wide variety of ear, nose, and throat disorders.
- Perform medical and surgical treatments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records compliant with healthcare standards.
- Stay current with developments in otolaryngology through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Otolaryngology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of three years clinical experience as an ENT Specialist.
- Strong proficiency in diagnosing and treating ENT disorders.
- Experience with ENT surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical medical practice.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
