HealthPlus Staffing is working with a well-established, multi-specialty medical group in New York City that is seeking a full-time ENT Physician to join their growing outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy practice with strong patient demand and rapid expansion plans.
Location:
Primarily Brooklyn, NY
1 to 2 days per week in Manhattan or Flushing
Practice Setting:
100% outpatient
General ENT
High patient volume with strong referral base
Supportive multi-specialty environment
Schedule:
5-day workweek
4 weekdays + 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
Flex option: 3 weekdays + both weekend days
Language Preference:
Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
Conversational proficiency acceptable
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary up to $450,000
Additional bonus structure

Timeline:
Interview to offer in approximately 1 week
Credentialing takes several months
Spring or Summer 2026 Start Date
Requirements:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
Active or eligible for New York medical license
Interest in high-volume outpatient practice
