The International Strategic Marketing Program Manager – Head & Neck is responsible for driving international commercial success for the ENT Head & Neck portfolio by translating strategy into scalable, high impact execution across regions.
This role acts as the strategic orchestrator and “voice of the regions”, aligning global priorities with regional market needs to ensure clear focus, consistent positioning, and strong adoption of Head & Neck therapies across international markets. The role operates in close partnership with Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Medical Education, Internal Training and cross functional stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
Lead international strategic planning for the Head & Neck portfolio, translating global direction into clear priorities and executional focus for regions, own the international strategic framework, including portfolio priorities, therapy growth initiatives, and key programs, serve as the primary liaison between international leadership and regional marketing teams, ensuring regional insights and needs are reflected in strategy.
Facilitate alignment across regions while enabling local execution within a scalable framework, support upstream product development by gathering customer insights and feedback on current products, collaborate with global marketing partner to develop business plans and drive/ support regional business results through collaboration on launches, regulatory approvals, training and other region specific needs.
Lead downstream marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, and launch readiness for international markets, partner with web marketing team to share international needs for global marketing campaign, partner with regional teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing programs.
Collaborate with global marketing partner to develop business plans and drive/ support regional business results through collaboration on launches, regulatory approvals, training and other region specific needs, collaborate with Medical Education and clinical stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing and education activities, lead cross‑functional program management for international Head & Neck initiatives, coordinating inputs across Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Education, manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure effective execution of priority programs.
Lead competitive strategy, coordinate market insight activities, including competitive intelligence and customer feedback, to inform strategy and program optimization, ensure insights are translated into actionable recommendations for marketing and commercial teams.
Collaborate with global marketing partner to develop business plans and drive/ support regional business results through collaboration on launches, regulatory approvals, training and other region specific needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in strategic marketing, downstream marketing, or program management, preferably within medical devices or healthcare.
Demonstrated experience working across international and cross‑regional environments.
Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority with proven program management and execution capabilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred.
