RMIT Vietnam is seeking a contingent worker for the Enrolments and Student Records Officer While the position is advertised by RMIT Vietnam, the successful candidate will be employed and managed by an external service provider, who will be responsible for the labour contract.

The Enrolments and Student Records Officer is responsible for supporting the delivery of enrolment and student records processes across the student lifecycle at RMIT Vietnam.
The role supports the accurate and timely processing of student enrolments, variations, and records management activities in accordance with University policies and procedures. It contributes to the delivery of related administrative processes, including billing coordination, student visa and insurance support, and graduation and assessment-related activities.
Working under the guidance of the Senior Coordinator, Enrolments and Student Records, the position ensures data accuracy, supports workflow coordination, and responds to student and stakeholder enquiries to maintain efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Reports directly to: Senior Coordinator, Enrolments and Student Records (SGS)

Compliance Requirements
