The Verdancy Group is a leading provider of green skills and sustainability training, supporting the UK’s transition to net zero through practical education and industry collaboration.
As part of Fedcap UK, we work nationally with employers, local authorities and partners to deliver high-quality training in retrofit, clean energy and sustainable construction. As our programmes expand through Apex Training, we’re growing our team and looking for an Enrolment Manager to play a central role in ensuring opportunities turn into successful delivery.
The Role
The Enrolment Manager will take ownership of our end-to-end enrolment pipeline, ensuring interest in our programmes is converted into confirmed, high-quality learners starts.
This is more than an operational roles - it's about creating a seamless journey from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring our programmes are viable, impactful, and ready to deliver real-world outcomes.
As we scale nationally, you'll play a central role in shaping our enrolment infrastructure, strengthening performance, and embedding high-quality, consistent processes across organisation.
