About this position
The enrollment specialist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for families entering the organization’s center-based programs, serving as a primary point of contact from initial inquiry through successful enrollment. This position is responsible for delivering quality, family-focused enrollment services by providing clear program information, guiding families through the application process, and ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and processed in a timely manner. The enrollment specialist combines strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail to support enrollment goals while fostering positive relationships with families and internal teams, ensuring each child’s transition into the program is smooth, engaging, and reflective of the organization’s commitment to care and excellence.
