Launch Math + Science Centers is seeking an Enrollment + Partnerships Manager to own the complete student journey. This role is the "front office" of the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing families and partners, and managing everything from initial inquiry and program placement to monthly school invoicing and new business initiatives. The goal is to provide a premium, seamless experience for the Launch community while driving the enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

For center-based enrollments, this includes responding to all inbound family leads, supporting the managing of waitlists, and coordinating student intakes. For in-school programming, this involves addressing requests for proposals and coordinating final program designs.
  • Billing & Finance: Manage customer accounts, including receivables and credits/refunds. Lead the periodic invoicing process for school partners and families.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary liaison for parent concerns, schedule changes, and general inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. Similarly, serve as the primary point-of-contact for in-school relationships.
  • Sales & Growth: Identify and attend community events and school fairs to represent the Launch brand and generate new interest in Launch’s programs. Proactively identify and reach out to new potential partners.
  • Marketing Support: Draft and schedule email newsletters and community updates, while organizing digital assets (photos/testimonials) for use in promotional materials. Manage social media postings and provide support of advertising initiatives, both print and online.
