  • Help ensure campaign materials are accurate, audience-appropriate, and aligned with program goals and Berklee brand standards.
  • Support basic campaign status updates and coordinate with Boston analytics partners as needed.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, budget tracking, and other enrollment marketing projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in marketing, communications, enrollment marketing, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns, especially paid search, paid social, and email.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, and the ability to use them to manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Familiarity with campaign workflows, creative review processes, media agencies, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work across teams, time zones, and priorities.
  • Strong command of English and Spanish, spoken and written.
  • Experience in higher education, arts, music, or creative industries preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative marketing professional who can keep enrollment campaigns moving from planning to completion. They are comfortable coordinating across Valencia and Boston, managing details, and helping ensure paid search, paid social, and email campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
