Position Type: Full TimeFriends University is seeking to fill the Enrollment Marketing Manager position in Wichita Kansas. The Enrollment Marketing Manager is responsible for connecting Friends University’s marketing efforts to its recruitment efforts (including goals) in accordance with the mission, core values, and University’s strategic goals. The Enrollment Marketing Manager serves as a bridge between the Marketing department and the Admissions team, translating the enrollment marketing strategy set by the Executive Director into coordinated, campaign-based recruitment efforts. This role will lead digital advertising efforts, lead generation campaigns, improve lead quality, analyze the admissions funnel to ensure marketing activity produces qualified inquiries that convert into applications and enrollment. Additionally, this role will manage key marketing team projects and work directly with vendors, for partnership as well as oversight of their work.
- Serve as the primary connection between the Marketing department and the Admissions team, owning the day-to-day working relationship and ensuring marketing activities directly support recruitment goals.
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns that produce qualified prospective student inquires.
- Work with vendors who are preforming work for the University Marketing or campus partners.
- Work with Sr. Director of Enrollment Management to develop annual recruitment marketing plan and calendar, including campaign themes and messaging, and coordinated promotion schedules.

QualificationsMinimum of five to seven years of experience in marketing, with experience in enrollment or recruitment marketing, lead generation, or admissions strongly preferred. Higher education experience a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to build collaborative, cross-departmental relationships — particularly with admissions and recruitment staff.
Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns and to interpret enrollment funnel and CRM data (Salesforce/Pardot familiarity preferred) and translate it into strategy. Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner.
