Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our Workforce Benefits enrollment team as an Enrollment Coordinator!
About the role
As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high quality enrollment experiences, in partnership with the Enrollment Strategy Manager, for our broker partners and clients. You will manage timelines and coordinate across the Benefits division to drive successful Voluntary enrollments and to contribute to the achievement of Symetra’s goals around case level participation. Collaboration across the division and the ability to manage several concurrent aspects of the Enrollment process in a timely manner are essential for success in this position.
What you will do
- Leverage Symetra’s enrollment capabilities and in partnership with the Enrollment Strategy Manager, build and manage the timeline of activities required to ensure a successful enrollment process.
- Collaborate across the division and with external vendors, when necessary, to ensure all key project milestones are met.
- Assist the team with developing best practices related to enrollment activities and use these learnings to create process improvement and efficiencies in the enrollment process.
- In partnership with the Marketing organization, manage the development of client specific enrollment materials. Development will include creation of materials based on a client’s specific benefit plan, review of general materials and templates created by the Marketing team, and coordination of any materials reviews with outside sources such as brokers and clients.
- Act as liaison for Regional Account Managers and serve as a single point of contact to support case re-enrollment efforts.
- Support Symetra’s Voluntary growth by designing strategies that will result in successful re-enrollments that will drive high participation and raise case level premiums.
- Support the development of Voluntary participation reporting which will enable the organization to have better visibility into the success of various enrollment capabilities and methodologies.

Compensation
$72,700 - $121,100 annually plus eligibility for Company Annual Bonus program.
Qualifications
Who you are
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2-5 years of experience with group benefits products.
- Excellent organizational, presentation and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet strongly preferred.
- Strong digital literacy
