Job Description

The Enrollment Communications Analyst provides support and management of the Enrollment Management contact center, including but not limited to telecommunication routing, data analysis, staff productivity/efficiency and system resources.

Work Location: Virginia Beach, VA (Eligible for remote work depending on location.)

Essential duties:

  • Implement contact center routing strategies to meet customer demands within Enrollment Management units
  • Translate data into presentable formats, via visualization tools for organizational stakeholders
  • Ability to make decisions on real time staffing needs, analyze metrics and identify trends
  • Partner with Enrollment Management and Information Technology Leadership in the development, enhancement and rollout of enterprise systems
  • Develop data documentation manuals or other learning materials, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the work described above (typically math or computer science), though significant experience related to the job requirements can substitute for a field of study
  • Must be comfortable with the detailed work of data validation and preparation. Prior experience with analytical software is a must
  • Cloud-based contact center experience preferred

Candidates must have:

  • Superior oral and written communication skills. Ability to explain complicated ideas and data intense analysis to senior management in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem solving and data/process analytic skills
  • Customer Service and Project Management experience
