Job Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesThis position is responsible for monitoring Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance system implementation and family services/engagement opportunities according to the Head Start Program Performance Standards and program policy and procedures. Maintains a data information management system, to include developing reports to support timely and accurate information for the Head Start programs. In collaboration with management staff, provides technical assistance to center/home-based staff that meets funding source requirements and ensures program outcomes.

Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral science or related field is required. Must document the following skills: interpersonal and communication skills including being able to work as a team.
