Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
The care team at Illoura includes registered nurses, enrolled nurses, diversional therapists, lifestyle assistants and health care workers and is supported by skilled administrators and volunteers. Our qualified staff are highly skilled and provide care for residents who are frail, who have complex medical conditions or who have dementia.
Illoura is currently seeking Enrolled Nurses who are passionate about a career in aged care. Applicants must have current AHPRA registration, excellent clinical knowledge, commitment to resident centred care and great communication skills.
Applicants are required to be able to work day, evening and night shifts as rostered. A sound knowledge of the Aged care Standards is essential. NHW - Illoura is a registered provider of NDIS services. All staff at Illoura are required to have a NDIS worker check in addition to Working with Children Check.
