We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the friendly and supportive team at our Juniper Sarah Hardy Residential Aged Care Facility in Kelmscott. Juniper Sarah Hardy Residential Aged Care Home is a warm and friendly home where residents enjoy a close-knit community and strong social network. The home features 64 rooms and prides itself on the provision of individualized support through our person-centered care approach.
Whilst working as an Enrolled Nurse you will provide professional nursing care for residents within the scope of your Enrolled Nurse registration. You will provide guidance and supervision to care staff; ensuring person-centered care principles are embraced and embedded during service provision to residents. Whilst working in this rewarding role you will assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in the Residential care setting.
