ABOUT THE ROLE
Want to be part of a team of professionals who take pride in providing the highest levels of participant care? The Fortify Health Care Services team is supportive, approachable and client-centred and also provides excellent staff training and development opportunities through our training academy.
We provide care and support to participants with complex health needs, including mental health, challenging behaviours and high-intensity support needs.
The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe and effective nursing care, under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).
This is not agency work. You’ll be supporting our participants in the comfort and familiarity of their homes. This role is about more than clinical care—it’s about building relationships, uplifting others, and being a trusted presence in someone’s life.
