Join our team as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) in a Permanent Part-Time (PPT) role offering 12 hours per week, with the potential to increase hours. What You’ll Be Doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll deliver clinical nursing care and support tailored to each client’s individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering safe and effective nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines
• Administering medications and monitoring for reactions or side effects
• Performing wound care, vital signs monitoring, and catheter care as needed
• Assisting with chronic disease management and monitoring health conditions
• Collaborating with other health professionals to ensure a coordinated care approach
• Supporting clients with personal care and mobility where required
• Providing health education and promoting client independence
• Accurately documenting care, observations, and any changes in client condition
• Escalating concerns to the Registered Nurse or clinical lead as appropriate
• Building trusting relationships with clients, families, and carers
• Upholding our values of respect, compassion, and excellence in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
• Must have at least 12 months of professional experience
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week with possible increase in hours
• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Must have work rights in Australia
• Previous experience in community, aged care, or DVA nursing (highly regarded)
• A genuine passion for client-centered care and service excellence
• Excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to travel within the local area to support clients in their homes
• Availability to start immediately is highly regarded
• Available to work a mix of shifts, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays
