About the Role
We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our innovative BBM Programme, supporting patients and whānau on their journey towards improved health and wellbeing. The programme combines movement, education, and healthcare support to empower participants to make sustainable lifestyle changes and achieve their health goals.
This is a unique opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse who enjoys working within the community and is committed to making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Many of those who engage with the programme come from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Pacific communities, making cultural awareness and relationship-building essential to success in this role.
You will work closely with participants attending BBM classes across South Auckland on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and West Auckland on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, providing health monitoring, education, clinical support, and ongoing encouragement throughout their journey.
In addition to supporting the programme, you will also attend community health events and provide nursing support within our general practice clinics when required, offering a diverse and rewarding nursing experience.
