Enrolled Nurse - Corryong Health

Corryong Health is a fully accredited small rural health service, located in the picturesque north-eastern corner of Victoria, just 120 kilometres east of Wodonga, Corryong Health offers a comprehensive range of services, including urgent care, acute care, residential aged care, and home and community-based services.

We are seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our team on a casual or part time basis.

About the Role:

As an Enrolled Nurse you work as part of a multidisciplinary care team to deliver consumer care across our service. You will provide exceptional care to residents through high quality and safe nursing practices. With an understanding and commitment to consumer needs you will act with respect, dignity and positivity to provide first class patient experience. This role will work across our Acute and Residential Aged Care Services and reports direct to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake clinical observations and best practice in areas of responsibility
  • Conduct nursing practice in accordance with legislation and common law.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Implement and monitor clinical policies and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.

The candidate will hold or be willing to obtain:

  • An appropriate nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration
  • Provide a National Police Check, dated within 3 months.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check, Working-With-Children Check and proof of immunization against infectious diseases.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
