As an Enrolled Nurse at our Cranbourne North village, you’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting residents with their clinical and personal care needs, and contributing to a positive, homelike environment.

What you will do:

  • Deliver resident care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting observations.
  • Support and guide Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of care.
  • Draft and contribute to resident care plans under RN supervision.
  • Lead by example, coaching and motivating PCWs on your shift.
  • Monitor resident wellbeing, identify and report risks or issues, and ensure infection control practices are followed.
  • Complete assessments, assist with examinations, and provide culturally appropriate education to residents and families.
  • Foster positive interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and the wider clinical team.

This is a permanent role working afternoon shifts 2:45pm - 10:00pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Qualifications

You'll bring with you:

  • Hold an Enrolled Nursing Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Have a positive “can do” attitude and genuine interest in working with older people.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Emotionally resilient and a strong team player.
