About The Role

The Opportunity

We are seeking Scrub-Scout Enrolled Endorsed Nurses to join our Theatres Department to Westmead Private Hospital. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Enrolled Endorsed Nurse
  • Two (2) years of Perioperative experience preferred
  • Enrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV Qualified
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focus
  • Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
  • Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $38.25 - $39.54 plus superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA, Nurses & Midwives, EEN (ENAdv L1/Gr 1-3)

Requirements

  • Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
