What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound enquiries and warm leads
• Convert conversations into booked consultations
• Build rapport and create genuine client connections
• Work across phone, email, and CRM systems
• Manage bookings across multiple clinics
• Set appointments that convert into real treatments

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years in customer service, call centre, or sales
• Confident, clear, and professional phone manner
• Resilient, driven, and target-focused
• Ability to work independently and stay disciplined
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• CRM / admin system experience
