Job Description

s:

  • Responsible for planning and execution of Demand Generation activities (End to End – Value demonstration design, ROI, farmer customer/retailer activities, measuring success through KPI, e.g.) & field force training at regular intervals. 
  • Coordinate creation and execution of incentives programs (Multiplier, Dealer, Cooperative and Farmer).
  • Accountable for Enlist License Representative (RLE) and Enlist Sales Representative (RTV) incentive campaign tracking.
  • Quota allocation (volume) in alignment with RLEs on volume each variety per multiplier.
  • Making sure for close coordination with sales teams ensuring that the seed portfolio value proposition is properly demonstrated and communicated to customers.
  • Regional P&A coordination.
  • Focal Point and expert on Enlist Benefits System providing knowledge to the Commercial Team and Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert in marketing tools and regional market information -> gathering back and forward.
  • Define commercial assistant needs and action plans.
  • Presence on tours, field days, launch events, e.g.
  • Portfolio analysis.
  • Varieties Life Cycle Management (LCM).
  • Commercial support for RSL, RLEs and RTVs (commercial technician).
  • Develop, track, and audit value proposition communication to customer and value chain in a way to better resonate with customers in according with Enlist communication guidance.
  • Interface between R&D and commercial, ensuring training and tech transfer such as biotechnology, herbicides, weeds, caterpillars, e.g   
  • Conduct field force training at regular intervals. 

     

Qualifications :

  • Graduation in Agronomy areas.
  • Deeply knowledge in herbicides, weed management and soybean seed business;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Planning and focus on execution, relationships, and strong analytical skills.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Driver's license, category B.
  • Advanced English desirable.
  • Location flexibility: Goiânia GO / Cuiabá MT
