As Senior Software Portfolio Manager, you will be the entrepreneurial force behind our next-generation software business. This is your stage to apply your expertise in developing and commercializing scalable, platform-based solutions—this time, at the heart of a globally connected industry leader.

• Lead the strategic evolution of a diverse, high-impact software portfolio, steering it from ideation to market dominance.

• Champion a vision that unites a large, matrixed organization, inspiring cross-functional teams and stakeholders to rally behind your ideas and drive real change at scale.
• Own the business case—from identifying unaddressed customer needs and defining compelling value propositions, to piloting solutions and ensuring commercial success.
• Deliver end-to-end results by overseeing customer-driven development projects, ensuring product-market fit, and managing the successful transfer of innovations into the broader organization.
• Shape go-to-market strategies and forge strategic partnerships, leveraging your network and business acumen to maximize impact and speed to market.

What Sets You Apart

• You are a proven builder of software businesses with a passion for developing and scaling platform-based models, ideally in payments, critical infrastructure, or banking.
• You thrive in complex, global environments, and have a demonstrated ability to influence, inspire, and align large, cross-functional teams—even without direct authority.
• Your entrepreneurial mindset is matched by your strategic rigor: you excel at business case creation, financial analysis, and project steering to deliver results on time and on budget.
• You are skilled at identifying market opportunities, creating customer relationships, and navigating ambiguity to deliver innovative, high-value solutions.
• You are a persuasive communicator—in English and at least one other language—who can engage stakeholders from the C-suite to the front lines.

Your Background

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in software portfolio, product, or project management for stand-alone solutions.
• Deep expertise in software development processes and modern software architectures.
• Track record of success in new business building, pricing, and market strategy.
• Experience managing external partners and sub-contractors.
