Landscape Enhancement Manager

Compensation: $65,000 to $80,000 base salary, depending on experience
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Landscape Enhancement Manager to identify, develop, and sell landscape improvement projects.
This client-facing role combines sales, estimating, design communication, and project coordination. The ideal candidate can translate property needs into practical recommendations, present proposals confidently, and follow through from initial discussion through completion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect properties and identify landscape improvement opportunities.
- Meet with clients to understand their goals, budgets, and priorities.
- Develop recommendations for planting, irrigation, drainage, hardscapes, and outdoor living improvements.
- Communicate concepts using sketches, photographs, markups, or CAD drawings.
- Prepare estimates and proposals that accurately reflect scope, materials, labor, and margin requirements.
- Present recommendations, answer questions, and secure project approvals.
- Follow up consistently on leads and open proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, communication, and next steps.
- Coordinate material procurement and project handoffs with operations.
- Support field teams throughout execution to maintain quality and client satisfaction.
- Review project costs and contribute to profitable enhancement sales.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in landscape sales, design, account management, estimating, or project management.
- Working knowledge of landscape installation, horticulture, irrigation, drainage, or hardscapes.
- Ability to estimate work and communicate design ideas clearly.
- Strong sales, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of materials, labor costs, procurement, and project margins.
- Experience using estimating, CRM, project management, and mobile applications.
- Excellent organization and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and projects independently.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Base salary of $65,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
