What are your contributions to the team?

1. Adheres to General Work Requirements
2. Assists with analyzing feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production
3. Assists with drafting the necessary working and repair documents
4. Learns to analyze and estimate PCR (Program Change Request)
5. Assists with analyzing equipment and workstation production capacity
6. Assists with analyzing requirements and initiates productions tool purchase orders, including ECAAR (Emergency Capital Acquisition Authorization)
7. Assists Methods Planners with tool designs
8. Directs Methods Planners in the preparation and revision of manufacturing documents such as MIWOs, LOGs, TWOs, Set-Up Documents (Mfg Work Orders, Work Instructions (LOGs) and Tooling Work Orders)
9. Drafts the necessary working and repair documents
10. Analyzes equipment and workstation production capacity
11. Analyzes requirements and initiates productions tool purchase orders, including ECAAR

How to thrive in this role?

• Typically a minimum of 3 years of experience in Methods, Material Planning, or related are
• Typically 0-2 years experience in Methods, Material Planning, or related area
• Basic knowledge of SAP, ACAD, Catia V4/V5
• Basic knowledge of Project Management principles
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications
